Our ground rules

1. Applicability

These general terms apply to every quotation, offer and agreement between Agentic BPM (Agentic BPM, een zelfstandige onderneming geregistreerd in Utrecht) and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Enrolment and agreement

• An agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your enrolment or assignment in writing.
• For open-enrolment workshops, places are filled in order of registration until the maximum number of participants is reached.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• If payment is not made on time, we are entitled to charge statutory (commercial) interest and reasonable collection costs.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellation by the client up to 14 days before the start: free of charge.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start: 50% of the agreed fee.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the start: 100% of the agreed fee.
• Substitution by a colleague is always free of charge; please notify us at least 24 hours before the start.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a training if there are too few participants; any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.

5. Intellectual property

All materials, models and methods provided by Agentic BPM remain the property of Agentic BPM or its licensor and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

6. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case under our liability insurance.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data.
• The client remains responsible for substantive decisions taken on the basis of our trainings or advice.

7. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. Email informatie@agenticbpm.nl with a description of the situation. We respond within 14 days and seek a constructive resolution.

8. Applicable law

All agreements with Agentic BPM are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
