  • Process vision and agentic roadmap

    From 'we have many processes that need attention' to a defensible multi-year process vision. We analyse your process landscape, score fifteen to twenty-five candidate processes on impact and feasibility, and deliver a twelve to twenty page document with process portfolio, prioritisation, governance model, investment estimate and phasing — ready to defend to the board.

    Redesigning and building one to five agentic process pieces — from first line to production — including governance documentation and knowledge transfer. All code and configuration are client-owned. Works with n8n, hybrid stacks or custom Python environments, depending on what fits the organisation.

    The shared technical foundation on which multiple agentic processes can run: n8n in queue mode on Azure or Hetzner, model routing, vector database as knowledge layer, observability stack and governance tooling. For organisations beyond their first two to three agentic processes who see patterns that call for consolidation.

    • Model routing: one gateway, multiple models (Anthropic, OpenAI, local via Ollama)
    • Vector database (Qdrant, Weaviate or pgvector) as shared knowledge layer

  • Ongoing process governance and sparring

    An ongoing relationship for organisations that want internal ownership — their own process and agent owners — but also a fixed sparring partner who watches along, slows down or accelerates where needed. Periodic process reviews, ad-hoc support, assessment of new agentic processes and scaling advice.

    • Monthly: 4 hours sparring + asynchronous reviews via secure channels
    • Bi-monthly: 8 hours sparring + in-depth review of one process domain
    • Project mode: temporarily more intensity around a specific rollout or incident
