Strategic BPM Advisory for your organisation.
From roadmap to governance framework: we help you make the strategic choices that sustainably anchor agentic BPM in your organisation — independent and without vendor bias.
From first question to working agentic process practice.
No 80-page report that disappears in a drawer. We work in four steps toward something that works for you — and keeps working.
- 01
Intake
30 minutes sparring on your process landscape, ambition and blockers. No sales — we only continue if the match is right.
- 02
Process analysis
We map your process landscape and identify which processes are most suitable for agentic automation — including a prioritisation matrix.
- 03
Pilot
One agentic workflow, kept small, built to learn. The result is a working agent and a decision: scale up or stop.
- 04
Embedding
Process architecture, governance and adoption — so agentic BPM keeps working at your organisation after we leave.
Where we advise
-
Process vision and agentic roadmap
From 'we have many processes that need attention' to a defensible multi-year process vision. We analyse your process landscape, score fifteen to twenty-five candidate processes on impact and feasibility, and deliver a twelve to twenty page document with process portfolio, prioritisation, governance model, investment estimate and phasing — ready to defend to the board.
- Process inventory via interviews with management, process owners and executors
- Process portfolio: 15–25 processes scored on impact and agentic feasibility
- Architecture choices: self-hosted vs. cloud, model routing, ERP/CRM integration
- Governance model: process ownership, agent ownership, AI Act readiness
- Roadmap: year 1 (depth), year 2 (breadth), year 3 (institutional)
-
Process redesign and build
Redesigning and building one to five agentic process pieces — from first line to production — including governance documentation and knowledge transfer. All code and configuration are client-owned. Works with n8n, hybrid stacks or custom Python environments, depending on what fits the organisation.
- Goal hierarchy, authority boundaries and escalation paths per process piece
- Data landscape and context design: knowledge layer, ERP/CRM/mail integrations
- Build in n8n, hybrid stack or Python — always vendor-independent
- Observability and cost management built in from day one
- Pilot period with measurement, adjustment and scale preparation
- Knowledge transfer: runbooks and documentation for internal process owners
-
Agentic BPM platform and infrastructure
The shared technical foundation on which multiple agentic processes can run: n8n in queue mode on Azure or Hetzner, model routing, vector database as knowledge layer, observability stack and governance tooling. For organisations beyond their first two to three agentic processes who see patterns that call for consolidation.
- n8n in queue mode on Azure Container Apps or Hetzner (PostgreSQL, Redis, storage)
- Model routing: one gateway, multiple models (Anthropic, OpenAI, local via Ollama)
- Vector database (Qdrant, Weaviate or pgvector) as shared knowledge layer
- Observability: per-execution traces, cost monitoring, drift detection
- Governance layer: process owner register, authority matrix, audit trail
- Identity and secrets: Key Vault, OAuth for Google Drive, Microsoft 365, ERP
-
Ongoing process governance and sparring
An ongoing relationship for organisations that want internal ownership — their own process and agent owners — but also a fixed sparring partner who watches along, slows down or accelerates where needed. Periodic process reviews, ad-hoc support, assessment of new agentic processes and scaling advice.
- Monthly: 4 hours sparring + asynchronous reviews via secure channels
- Bi-monthly: 8 hours sparring + in-depth review of one process domain
- Project mode: temporarily more intensity around a specific rollout or incident
- Assessment of new agentic process pieces before production
- Drift detection and quarterly evaluation of existing agents
